We’ve resolved a bug affecting Microsoft’s email filtering that has caused some legitimate Google Drive sharing notification emails to be incorrectly routed to quarantine instead of your inbox. This means you may have missed notifications for files or folders that colleagues shared with you over the past week.

If someone shared a Google Drive file or folder with you recently, you may not have received the usual email alert, even though the file itself is still accessible in your Drive.

Please check Google Drive directly for anything you may have missed:

1. Go to Google Drive and sign in with your account.
2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Shared with me.
3. Sort the list by clicking the date column header so the most recently shared items appear at the top.
4. Review anything shared with you in the last 7 days that you weren’t already aware of.
