Important Update: New District Email Distribution Groups

Dear Staff,
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve communication, security, and directory organization across the district, we are transitioning to a new set of standardized email distribution groups.
These new groups are designed to clearly identify the intended audience (such as schools, departments, and specific roles) and ensure that internal communications are routed securely and accurately.
What is changing? The new distribution groups are active and ready to be used right now. You will notice that the naming structure has been standardized. For example:
To help you find the right contact list, we have published a complete directory of the new distribution emails. You can review the full list and find the correct addresses for your school or department here: Helpdesk Article Link
When does this take full effect? While we encourage you to begin using the new addresses immediately, there will be a brief transition period. By this coming September, the old distribution lists will be retired and will no longer appear in the email directory (Global Address List).
If you have any questions or have trouble finding a specific group, please reach out via the IT Help Desk site.
Thank you for your cooperation as we implement this district-wide improvement.
