This is a reminder that the district is transitioning to a new set of standardized email distribution groups.

Please note that the old distribution lists will be officially retired and will no longer work at the end of September. After this deadline, emails sent to the old addresses will not be delivered.

To ensure your internal communications continue without interruption, please begin using the new distribution groups immediately. As a reminder, the new naming structure is designed to clearly identify the intended audience.

Examples of the New Structure:

• School Main Office:
  • Old format: [email protected]
  • New format: [email protected]
• School All-Staff:
  • Old format: [email protected]
  • New format: [email protected]

Please note that distribution group membership and staff information are pulled directly from SchoolFi. If your information appears incorrect, such as an incorrect school or department assignment, please contact Human Resources to update your records, as HR manages the source data used for these groups.
