If you are not receiving emails from someone, please make sure to check your blocked senders list. Likewise, you can add someone to your safe senders list to influence the mail system to let their emails in.
Outlook on the Web Instructions
If you want to remove someone from the blocked senders list, follow the instructions below.
Select Settings > View all Outlook settings.

Select Mail > Junk email.
Select the address or domain you want to unblock, and select .
Outlook Application
1. Click Home > Junk > Junk E-Mail Options.
2. In the Junk E-mail Options dialog, click the Blocked Senders tab, and the click the remove button after selecting a sender.
3. The safe senders list can be found in the second tab under Safe Senders.
