1. Create a section for _cr or _ur courses in PowerSchool.  If there is no _cr or _ur section of the course, please create a helpdesk ticket and one will be created.  If there are courses we're already running we can add these quickly. Otherwise, we'll reach out to C&I to discuss creation.
  2.  Enroll students in the section
  3.  This data will automatically be transferred to Apex overnight.  Students can begin these Apex courses in the morning.
  4.  Teachers will need to enter grades in PTP for all students, whether they've successfully completed the Apex course or not, into PowerSchool for the district to accurately track student progress.
  5.  These grades will be stored along with all other grades at the end of the quarter
