Who and what will this affect?
This will affect the login experience for all staff and teachers when logging in to weLearn.
How will I log in to weLearn?
I forgot my Active Directory (AD) password. What should I do?
Request a password reset here: https://help.passaicschools.org/support/catalog/items/46
Under “Choose an Account”, select “Azure Active Directory Account”.
If you’re requesting a password reset for a colleague, be sure to select the “Request for someone else” box on the right-hand side.
When I log into WeLearn, I get an error message. What should I do?
An error likely means that your account information in WeLearn does not match with what is in Active Directory. If you encounter an error message, click here to submit a Help Desk ticket with the following information:
