We are excited to announce that we are setting up Single Sign On between WeLearn (Performance Matters, Professional Learning) and your Azure account (AD, Windows Computer Login, and/or Email for staff). 


Who and what will this affect?

This will affect the login experience for all staff and teachers when logging in to weLearn. 


How will I log in to weLearn?


Step 1: 

Navigate to https://passaic.truenorthlogic.com/ia/empari/login/index 


Step 2: You will no longer see the “old” sign in page. Instead, you will see a Microsoft sign in page.

    

Step 3: Use your Azure Active Directory (AAD) credentials. For staff and teachers, these are the credentials you use to log into your Passaic email.

Step 4: That’s it! You should be entered directly into WeLearn.  
Note that if you log out of WeLearn on one tab, you will also be logged out of your Passaic email, if you have it open on another tab.

Helpful hint:  Start your day by logging into Clever using the Active Directory sign in option. If you keep Clever open, you can enter into your Passaic email, PowerSchool and weLearn without having to enter your credentials again!


I forgot my Active Directory (AD) password. What should I do?

  • Under “Choose an Account”, select “Azure Active Directory Account”.

  • If you’re requesting a password reset for a colleague, be sure to select the “Request for someone else” box on the right-hand side.



When I log into WeLearn, I get an error message. What should I do?

An error likely means that your account information in WeLearn does not match with what is in Active Directory.  If you encounter an error message, click here to submit a Help Desk ticket with the following information:

“I received an error message when logging into WeLearn with Active Directory SSO. 

Error Message:  [paste the message here]

My Staff ID is: [enter your ID here]

My Passaic email is: [enter your email address here]@passaicschools.org”
